Emotion always has its roots in the unconscious

Your Experience

Enjoy a full 60-90 minutes of actual hands-on therapy. Unlike “the others,” I don’t take away from your opportunity just for your clothes change.  You deserve the full time of your session.

My goal is to create a therapeutic experience unlike any other. A unique experience, my signature massage will leave your body feeling grounded, a centered sense of peace and revitalization. I will customize a therapy session tailored to your individual needs using, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Reflexology– valuable contributions to building overall health, like improving your body tone and circulation.  This relieves stress and strains, helps the immune system and promotes both physical and psychological well-being.

No cookie cutter routine with me, no cutting time. 60-90 minutes of actual massage therapy because every minute counts.

About Me

I’m Helen Patterson, a New York City girl loving the good ole Texas life. My family and I have been in Texas since 2006. I am a proud wife of an Army man and mom to three rambunctious boys.

I am an avid believer in the power of natural healing and the connection between people through touch.

My passion for massage started years before I decided to become a therapist. It started 12 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, Noah. I suffered terrible headaches and sciatic pain. The pain was so bad I could barely sit at my workstation.

My  massage therapist was able to alleviate my headaches and reduce the swelling in my lower back that was causing the sciatic pain.

Through the years, massage therapy has helped me in various stages of my life.  It was at a Yoga retreat while I was getting a massage that I finally heard God speaking to me, leading me to where I am currently. Thank goodness because I couldn’t be happier.  The joy I get when a client leaves feeling relax, revived and rejuvenated. It fills my bucket with joy and happiness.

I’d recommend regular visits to your massage therapist, but then we wouldn’t get to see each other as much.” ~Your Doctor
